1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing santabook.app or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. What the Waitlist Is (and Is Not)

The SantaBook waitlist is an expression of interest — a way to reserve your spot for early access to the SantaBook platform when it launches.

• No purchase is implied. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, subscription, or contract for any product or service.
• No guaranteed access. Waitlist position indicates priority but does not guarantee early access or any specific launch date.
• No payment required. Signing up for the waitlist is free and creates no financial obligation.

3. Right to Modify or Cancel Waitlist

SantaBookLLC reserves the right, at any time, to:

• Modify or discontinue the waitlist program, with or without notice.
• Change waitlist terms, referral rewards, or early access criteria.
• Remove any waitlist entry that violates these Terms.
• Delay or cancel the product launch entirely.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify waitlist members of material changes via email.

4. Referral Program Rules

SantaBook offers a referral program that allows waitlist members to move up the queue by inviting others. The following rules apply:

• Authentic referrals only. You may only refer real individuals who genuinely wish to join the waitlist. Creating fake accounts, using bots, or any form of artificial inflation of referral counts is strictly prohibited.
• One account per person. Each individual may only join the waitlist once. Duplicate signups may be removed.
• No incentivized spam. You may not use unsolicited bulk email, social media spam, or deceptive tactics to generate referrals.
• Referral rewards are discretionary. SantaBookLLC reserves the right to verify, adjust, or revoke referral credits at any time if abuse is suspected.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the waitlist and forfeiture of any referral position benefits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use automated tools to submit multiple waitlist entries or scrape our site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the SantaBook name, logo, design, copy, and imagery — is the property of SantaBookLLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SantaBookLLC, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site or the waitlist, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed $0, as no payment was received in connection with the waitlist.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email (if you are on our waitlist) or by posting a notice on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
